The product is made of carefully treated, three different types of hardwood (black walnut 35cm x 14-14.5cm; mountain maple 45cm x 14-14.5cm; cherry/oak/steamed beech 55cm x 14-14.5cm). They were manually treated with Auro 123, top quality hard oil. It is ideal for cleaning in lukewarm, running water. It is recommended to store the product at a relative humidity between 45% and 60%. Cleaning in the dishwasher is prohibited!
